Terms & Conditions

Last updated July 2026. This is a starter set of terms for a UK online store — have them reviewed for your business before launch.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed with GK London through this website. By placing an order you confirm you accept them, that the details you provide are accurate, and that you're authorised to use the chosen payment method.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation. In the rare event of a pricing or stock error we may cancel an order before dispatch, and will refund you in full if payment was already taken.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Card payments are taken securely by Stripe at the time of order. For Click & Collect orders with pay-on-collection, payment is due when you pick up your items.

4. Delivery and collection

Delivery timescales and charges are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Click & Collect orders are held for 14 days from the "ready to collect" email; after that we may cancel and refund the order.

5. Cancellations and returns

You can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we go further with our 30-day returns promise — full details on the Returns Policy page.

6. Products

We work hard to display colours and details accurately, but screens vary — minor differences between images and the physical product aren't a fault. All sizing information is provided as a guide.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, though we'll always tell you and give you the option to cancel if a delay becomes significant.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
