Dispatch

Orders are picked and dispatched from our London studio within 1–2 working days. You'll get an email the moment your order ships.

UK delivery

• Standard delivery: £3.99 — 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Free delivery: automatically applied to all orders over £50.00.

Click & Collect — free

Choose Click & Collect at checkout and skip the delivery charge entirely. GK London Studio, London — the full address and opening hours are included in your confirmation email. Please bring your order confirmation email when you collect. Orders are held for 14 days.

Tracking

Tracked services include the tracking link in your dispatch email. If a parcel seems stuck, email support@gklondon.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.

Missed deliveries

If you're out when delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or a local pickup point. Parcels returned to us as undelivered are refunded minus the original delivery charge.

International

We currently ship within the UK only. Planning to order from elsewhere? Email us — if there's enough interest we'll open it up.
